The Lemon Tree Bakery

The lemon Tree Bakery has been set up since February 2012, it was set up by a single Mum called Nikki who just loves making cakes!. Nikki specialises in wedding cakes and also holds various baking courses! This lady does not need to advertise any where as she gets orders through word of mouth!

This is defiantly the place to go if you need a special cake it’s amazing the cakes are to die for so you can’t resist them, which is no good for your diet lol! This lady does the best celebration cakes you can buy, you have to be quick to be lucky enough to get one made for you though! As they are that good she gets booked up very fast! 

 She also makes the best cupcakes you can buy and if your lucky enough you will manage to be able to buy some! If you see a post on Facebook get in quick and buy some as they sell very fast! They are amazing! These were the Mother’s Day cupcakes this year! Delicious 😘

Nikki is now doing classes at Chocolate Whirled through summer these include making drippy cakes, cake pops, and Macarons ! There are Still Spaces on the macaron classes on 21st May at the cost of £75 but the others are sold out and Nikki will not be teaching again till October once wedding season over ! 
Nikki and her children brought out an easterbake book which was amazing and sold out very quickly! However she has just launched her next edition of the book which is selling fast, I highly recommended this for all the mums and kids that love to bake, they are so easy to follow and give you a list of what you need for the shops! Making it very easy for the kids to take charge for themselves!

12 weeks out

12 weeks out has been my life saviour when it comes to me losing my weight, without the commentment and dedicated of Claire Brookfield who runs 12 weeks out I would not of lost my weight and now be in a size 12! Below is a picture of Claire whilst she was competing at Miami pro this year!  

Claire is an amazing inspiration to everyone, especially those who want to get fit! It doesn’t matter what life throws at her she will face it head on and Always come out the other side even better! This is the reason so many people want to join her to reach there own goals with her help! Don’t get me wrong it’s bloody hard work and you have to give it 100% all the time to get the results! But claire will be there every step of the way, she will work out your own food plan and you will have two pt sessions each week with her in the gym! You will be invited to join a WhatsApp group in which all members of 12 weeks out are involved in! This group is amazing everyone is in the same vote as each other and is so encouraging! If your want a recipe idea people are there to help or if you just need a little encouragement or pick me up someone will do that! Everyone sticks together which is another big factor to everyone achieving so well and not giving up, like most people do with other diets or just joining the gym on there own accord! Claire herself is always at the end of the phone, you can message her anytime for help or advice or even just if your struggling, she will keep you motivated and push you to the limits at all times! But even when doing this you will love every minute of it and no matter how hard she pushes you she is always there to tell you how well you have done! I have included a picture of my back from when I very first started 12 weeks out to what I looked like when I finished my 12 weeks! This way people can see the results for them selfs, what a difference 12 weeks can make! Claire’s aim is when She gets a person like Me starting with her, week one , She will think to herself,  I’m going to get them that into it , enjoy the lifestyle so much that they could never think of going back to how they were before they signed up …… Well this sure worked as I am now 4 weeks from finishing my second round of 12 weeks out and when I am complete I will hopefully have the courage to pose and do a front picture for you all to see the difference! 

I would like to say a massive thanks to claire for what she has done for me and is wanting everyone to know that no matter how much you doubt that you can get fit and lose weight, if I could do it anyone can! Just try it with claire as you will never look back! She is on face book so please look her up and send her a message all you need to do is type in either Claire Brookfield or 12 weeks out and send her a message for information! You will never look back after making contact!

Finally I would love to say a massive congratulations to Claire after all her hard work and commitment, she pushed herself harder than she ever has to enter the Ukbff competition! SHE CAME SECOND, absouloutly amazing results! 🏆😘

Heart felt reunion!

MILO IS BACK!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

So 2 years ago I had to sell one of the best ponies we have ever had as we needed the money to buy a new pony that could take my older son to the next level! The day we said goodbye was one of the saddest and hardest days we have had as a family! The picture below is the boys saying goodbye to Milo in the trailer before his new owners drove off! Very sad! 

This pony was amazing he took my son off the leadrein so safely and made him into a confident rider who enjoyed every minute of being in the saddle! The year before we sold him we went to equifest with him which was one of my sons highlights, whilst competing at equifest he gained a third in a huge class of first year first ridden competitors to which my son was over joyed! As you can see by the picture below, he had a fab time competing away! 

He also had many other wins with both of my sons taking championships and  my eldest son winning the competitor of the year award on the pony! More pictures below!!

However since we sold him we have all had a very big whole in our hearts and missed him so much, my middle son has started to not want to ride as he has become nervous! Every chance he gets he will put a little comment in that if he had milo then he wouldn’t be scared or bothered of riding and would prob be flying round on his own now as the pony was the best! This making mummy feel very guilty. So as I’m sure you can appreciate when we were suddenly offered the chance of buying the pony back we have bitten there hand off and have kept this as a complete surprise for the boys until today! You can now witness the boys reactions to them finding the pony in the back of the horsebox after thinking mummy had took the wagon to have some lights fixed they got a big surprise!!!! Very emotional making everything so worth it!!​
